Woman Gets Kinder Surprise Egg Stuck in Her Vagina After ‘Romantic’ Proposal Goes Horribly Wrong
In a move that can only be described as ‘regrettable’, a woman has had to front up at the ER after her plan for a romantic proposal went horribly wrong.
This story of a woman who wanted to give her boyfriend a ‘Kinder Surprise’ proposal has been shared in a new book by Dr Adam Kay in his book This Is Going To Hurt: Confessions Of A Junior Doctor.
The unnamed woman decided it was a perfect time to take advantage of the leap-year tradition of popping the question to her boyfriend on February 29, according to Dr Kay.
Always looking for new ways to be unique, the woman put an engagement ring in a Kinder Surprise egg that she then inserted into her vagina.
Rather than simply “lay the egg” then drop to one knee and propose to her no-doubt astonished boyfriend, she had hoped that he would instead retrieve it with some ‘finger work’.
Unfortunately, while inside her, the egg rotated sideways leaving it firmly stuck.
Refusing to tell him what had happened until he agreed to be her husband — there’s nothing like a vagina-mergency to draw a promise of marriage out of a man — the couple rushed to hospital where Dr Kay treated her.
Dr Kay described the proposal as “equal parts unexpected, disgusting and I suppose, romantic.”
Although the woman’s boyfriend tried to remove the egg from her intimate area, “no amount of shoogling from either of them would get this particular goose to lay her golden egg.”
“Remarkably, she was so keen to maintain the surprise she wouldn’t tell him what she’d done or why,” Dr Kay added.
Once at the hospital, Dr Kay managed to remove the egg with forceps and the woman is thought to have made a full recovery.
Until now, of course, where she is presumably completely mortified although still quite anonymous.
I would like to think that every so often her new husband gives her a knowing look while eyeing the Kinder Surprises at the supermarket, just for shits and giggles.
