This Man’s Chilling Viral Story About What Happened After Using a Ouija Board Will Probably Freak You Out

This Man’s Chilling Viral Story About What Happened After Using a Ouija Board Will Probably Freak You Out

It’s that time of year when all the Halloween decorations and costumes are in the shops and everything turns just a lil bit spooky for a couple of weeks. Which is fine, we all love a little paranormal fun every now and then, right?

Maybe not the type of paranormal fun this man had though. Marcus Hitchcock, a man with a most excellent surname for this sort of thing, has shared the story of the time he and his cousin found his deceased aunt’s Ouija board and decided to have a go, thinking it was all a bit of a laugh.

Marcus was not laughing at the end of his story, and we aren’t either! He shared this Twitter thread with his followers, where it has gained a lot of attention.

I’d like to give you all a quick warning – go and turn some lights on. And maybe find a teddy or something to cuddle. You might need it by the end of this.

In the immortal words of John Oliver… HOLY SHIT!

Marcus went on to speculate with his followers what they thought the events of that night might have meant.

“What if the water on the floor represented his aunt who drowned?”

“What if his aunt came back to save them from the demon?”

“What if it was really just his uncle and the white man trying to scare them all along just for shits and giggles?”

We have some questions too — what sort of injury was Marcus’ cousin planning on inflicting with that pool noodle? Why on earth would he throw the gun at the person in the field? And the water, oh god, the water?! Was the entity trying to drown them just as his aunt had?

We’ll never know for sure, but this event is something that Marcus will never forget.

Sleep well, you guys! x
