Bliss Balls That Will Blow Your Mind!

bliss ball recipes

At the moment, everyone is talking about eating raw foods. We all know that it’s good to strip things back to basics and eat whole foods (umm… do you think a packet of Twisties can be counted as a whole food??). But, lets face it, like anything, the whole raw/paleo/whole foods phenomenon has brought with it some pretty ‘interesting’ food choices – not all of which taste very nice! Thankfully, bliss balls have come to the rescue and  are making it easy to eat delicious and healthy snacks that also gets the raw/paleo tick of approval!

The best thing about bliss balls is they are so easy to make. Because they’re no-bake, you’ll have a full batch ready in less than 10 minutes. To make bliss balls, you’ll need a food processor, blender, Vitamix, Thermomix or something similar. The original and classic bliss ball recipe contains almonds, dates and a little bit of agave/maple syrup – so simple and easy! But there are now so many incredibly delicious, out-of-this-world bliss ball varieties, that we decided it was time to put together a list of bliss balls that will blow your mind!

Lemon & Coconut Bliss Balls
