 TAKE A JOURNEY TO THE AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK THESE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
 Stuck for ideas onkeeping the children entertained during the school holiday period? Never fear, Hunter Valley Gardens have organised a great Australian Outback experience for the whole family to enjoy from the 7th to 22nd January, 2012. You will instantly feel like you
are in the Aussie desert, with reptiles roaming the Gardens from 12.30pm to 1.00pm. Children will have the chance to meet all of their favourite scaley friends. At 1.30pm,
the Croc Stars will keep all who attend on the edge of their seats with an educational and interactive one hour show. The stars include some of Australia’s native reptiles including crocodiles, snakes, lizards and turtles. Croc Stars promises they will be on their best behaviour. The Storybook Garden Jumping Castle will be open between 10.00am and 2.00pm for children to enjoy. Our enchanting face painting fairy can transform the kids into whatever they desire, whether it be a scary reptile or beautiful butterfly.
Fun art and craft activities will
also be taking place throughout the day, so that the little Picassos can get their creative juices flowing. The children will be given an
Outback Treasure Hunt Map upon entry to the Gardens. They can fill this out at their own pace throughout the day when wondering about. The treasure hunters who answer all their questions correctly will win a special prize! The Hunter Valley Gardens Express
Train will be operating all day, so patrons can tour the Gardens at ease for only $7.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Children (Family Passes are also available). Entry to the Gardens is $24.00 for Adults, $20.00 for seniors,
