As well as learning valuable baking skills, students will learn how to design and decorate biscuits, how to mould shapes and figures and d ecorate a novelty cake. The classes are designed to teach skills and knowledge whilst at the same time have some fun. The students will take home all they make... if there is anything left after class!!
