Nutrition Mummy aka Elisha Obsioma is a mother by day; to two young children Isabella (4) and Jensen (1), and a student by night; studying Nutritional Medicine. While playing house wife to husband Ron and sewing when she gets the chance, blogging is her ME time for this Western Sydney Mum.
Her passion of Nutrition was found while studying Primary School Education with Post Natal Depression not long after her first child was born. She turned to good nutrition and exercise, changed career courses and has never looked back.
